Production version

The Productions version contains all the features described here. We have now added the following new features to the Productions version:

    Search
  • It is now possible to search which answers a specific SUPPORTfighter user has sent/answered in a user selected time span. The new search criterias you find in the upper right corner in the search area

    Statistics
  • The statistics has been adjusted so the dates you select in "From Date" and "To Date" now includes both dates. This means that if you want statistics including the 2 days 1. jan 2007 and 2. jan 2007, then you need to select exactly these 2 dates. If you want to see statics for one day only, you select the same date in both the "From Date" and "To Date" fields.

    Standard Answers
  • If you made a paragraph in the standard answer in the previous SUPPORTfighter versions, you got 2 empty lines instead of the paragraph. This has now been corrected.
  • When you edit a standard answer in HTML mode, the edit window is now larger then before

    Mails
  • It is now possible to expand/collaps the folders in the folder map to the left. This is espacially usefull when you have so many subfolders so you get a scroll bar.
  • You can mark several of mails and dispatch these with only 1 click.
  • On the main folders you can now see the number of mails in the subfolders. This can be usefull if you have collapsed the subfolders.

    General Administration
  • It is now possible to use different "from mailadresses" and "aliases" depending on the language in the mail. This means that we have removed the setup of the "from mailadresses" from "General settings" to ""Create Signatures""
  • It is now possible to edit in your existing contacts. Before you had to delete the old one and create a new if you wanted to make changes
  • There is now a drop-down box with refresh intervals in the POP3 setup (POP3 – 120, 240, 480 sec.)

    Personal Setup
  • You can no longer make personal folders that other users can not see. This is to avoid that any mails are forgotten if a user is not logged on

    User Administration
  • It is now possible to delete a user directly without having to delete subfolders first. If you delete a user with subfolders you will be asked where you want to place the subfolders, and after that the user is deleted.
