We are using SUPPORTfighter for our Homepage-product www.FamilyFantastic.com to answer all user inquiries and customer support to our more than 20.000 homepage users / customers from more than 30 countries. Since we charge a minor subscription fee for using FamilyFantastic products, there is also a high demand for customer support, which we wish to meet.
By using the SUPPORTfighter tool, we found a simple and effective way to give a high level of customer service. After having implemented SUPPORTfighter in our Company, we have reduced the time and costs we used on customer service by 50%. Especially the internal communication (who has answered what?) has been improved and the simple way of refining our "standard-answers" in SUPPORTfighter has been incredible.
